Living Software

Software that lives.

AWORG gives your application a permanent AI Resident that builds it, operates it, maintains it, and evolves it.

Autonomous Workspace Organism

The difference

It doesn't leave after the build.

Traditional software waits for someone to maintain it. Living Software has a Resident. Building is only the first part of the job. The Resident stays to run the application, watch it, fix it and grow it.

  1. BuildTurn the idea into software
  2. TestCheck it before anyone else does
  3. DeployPut it where people use it
  4. OperateKeep it running
  5. ObserveNotice what real use says
  6. RepairFix what broke
  7. EvolveMake it better
  8. RepeatThen do it again
  9. ↻  Evolve leads back to Build. The loop doesn't end at deploy.

The Resident

One Resident. One application. One continuous relationship.

Each application gets one permanent Resident, responsible for how it does. The Resident knows the application, where it runs, what happened to it before, and what it's working on now. Three things wake it up:

Owner → Resident

You ask for something in the Forever Chat, and it gets planned, done and checked.

Living Log → Resident

Something happens in the application that matters, and the Resident is told about it.

Heartbeat → Resident

On a schedule, the Resident looks in on things, even when nothing has gone wrong.

Living Software

A new kind of software, not a new way to write it.

An Aworg is an autonomous AI system that inhabits a compute environment and continuously creates, operates, maintains, and evolves software within it.

It can start something new or adopt something you already have, and it isn't tied to one stack. The runtime provides the basics, Skills add expertise, Tools add abilities, and the Resident works out the rest from the machine it lives on.
